We appreciate you may have some questions before making a booking, so we've collected together some of the most commom queries here...

Is there enough firewood for the pizza oven and fireplace?
Yes! There is wood available by the pizza oven and if you need more,  there's a small woodshed beside the access ramp.

What is the age limit for children to stay for free?
Children under 16yrs may stay for free.

Do we get the whole house for our exclusive use?
Yes! We only take one booking at a time, so you'll have the whole house to yourself.

What time can we arrive and depart?
The house is available to you from 4pm - Please do not arrive earlier.
At the end of your stay, please depart before 10am.

We may be able to accomodate an earler arrival or later departure if needed, dependant on adjacent bookings and only by prior arrangement.
If you need to arrive earlier or depart later, please contact us to make arrangements.

Can we inspect the house before our booking?
Yes! You are welcome to view the house, but strictly by appointment only. Please do not just turn up and expect to look round!

We have a number of pictures of the house and grounds in our Gallery. We also have a 'Virtual Stroll' around the house which may help.

What is included in the kitchen?
The kitchen is very well equipped to accomodate groups large or small!
Included is a microwave, dishwasher, double oven, 2 fridges, cutlery, crockery, BBQ equipment, Kitchen Aid mix master, food processor, coffee machines (ground and Dolce Gusto), pizza trays, pots and pans and more!

Are there restaurants nearby?
Yes! There are lots of restaurants, pubs and cafés in Springwood.

How do we get there via public transport?
Trains to Springwood are very reliable and taxis are available from the station. Springwood Taxi (02)47511444.
